Chef Jacquelynn fell in love with Italian cuisine when she was 8 years old. It was the simplicity and love that went into each dish that grabbed her attention. She then went off to culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu & Scottsdale Community College. She also has traveled to Italy and lived there short term to cook with Italian chefs and locals to learn how to make fresh homemade pasta and other classic Italian dishes. By working closely with them, she has honed her skill and has developed an ever deeper love and respect for Italian food. She has also traveled to France where the history of the kitchen brigade system began. She worked for several catering companies in Arizona and became an executive chef at The Grand in no time. She then branched off into her own culinary endeavors by becoming a personal chef and caterer solely working for herself. She has been in countless magazines and names Arizona's Top 25 Personal Chefs 3 years in a row. She loves the one on one with her clients, customizing each event to their liking, creating an exciting and luxurious experience for all.
Chef Jacquelynn has been named one of Arizona's Top 25 Personal Chefs in Soeleish Phoenix Magazine 3 years in a row to date. Chef Jacquelynn is also featured in Canvas Rebel Magazine and Voyage Phoenix Magazine as well. She has cooked for a few celebrities such as artist Rod Wave, CeeLo Green and Larry Fitzgerald just to name a few. Chef Jacquelynn has traveled out of state to cater multiple events such as weddings and dinner parties.
I have trained at some of the top culinary schools in the country and have worked under some of the best chefs in the industry. I have also traveled exploring different cuisines and techniques from around the world.
I believe that cooking should be fun, creative, and approachable. I strive to make delicious and healthy meals that are enjoyed by everyone.
